God is good and I am grateful!

On May 5th, 2022, our youngest daughter McKenzie graduated from Medical School with High Honors. Surrounded by family and friends, we watched as she walked across the stage to receive her Doctor of Osteopathy degree. It was even more special as our oldest daughter Emma was able to do McKenzie’s hooding as she graduated from the same Medical School just two years ago. McKenzie is going on to Dermatology Residency after having been inspired to do so by the loss of her uncle Tony to melanoma. No doubt Tony was looking down with a huge smile at “his girl” as she walked across that stage. God is good in so many ways and I am deeply grateful for the countless blessings that he has bestowed upon us!

On May 14th, our youngest daughter McKenzie married Ben Vaughan.  Ben and Kenzie were clearly meant for each other.  Our family welcomed him with open arms as the Vaughans did the same with Kenzie.  Family and friends came from all over the country to celebrate and give thanks for such an incredible young couple.  Kenzie and Ben are blessed to have found each other and we are so grateful to have each of them in our lives!

On May 15th, we celebrated sending McKenzie and Ben forward into their new world as husband and wife.  Watch out world as what these two young people will accomplish is limitless with continued blessings from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Prayers for continued guidance and blessings for Kenzie and Ben.
